Applications NSP-2 Molecular Sieve:

NSP-2 Molecular Sieve is used in the production of compressed natural gases (CNG) and liquefied naturalgas (LNG). It prevents equipment or pipelines freezing during pressurization, liquefaction and clogging.

In general, there are two to three tower processes. Two tower processes can be used for extended periods of time. During production, one tower will be in the adsorption phase and the other in the activation regeneration stage. The molecular sieve beds are designed to allow natural gas with high water contents to pass through them from top to bottom during adsorption. This reduces the disturbance to gas flow. Switching between adsorption/regeneration should occur at a pressure less than 0.3MPa/min.
