Applications NSP-1 Molecular Sieve:

NSP-1 Molecular Sieve is used in the production of compressed natural gases (CNG) and liquefied naturalgas (LNG). It prevents equipment and pipelines from freezing during pressurization and/or liquefaction.

In general, there are two to three tower processes. Two tower processes are more common for longer periods. During production, one tower will be in the adsorption phase and another in activation renewal state. The molecular sieve beds are designed to allow natural gas with high water contents to pass through them from top to bottom during adsorption. This reduces the disturbance to gas flow. Switching between adsorption/regeneration should not exceed 0.3MPa/min.
