This preparation involves:
1.. Mix the hafnium dioxide powder and reducing powder in a ratio of 1 to 6 and pack it into the crucible.
2. Place the crucible inside the reaction vessel, seal it, vacuum it, then add argon to the container for heating, washing and reduction. Then, you can conduct constant temperature or insulation reduction.
