Zirconium silicide
The chemical formula ZrSi2 is zirconium silicide. This is a metallic gray rhombic, glossy crystal with a relative density 4.8822. Zirconium Silicide is insoluble, inorganic acid and aqua regia. However, it is soluble, hydrofluoric acid.

After that, open the autoclave to get rid of the product.
2. After the reaction products were washed with distilled, dilute hydrochloric and anhydrous alcohol washing each time, the product was then dried in a vacuum drying oven drying for four hours. Zirconium silicide Nanomaterials was prepared based upon the quality of the raw zirconium dioxide used and the quality preparation. It was determined that the yield was 85%.
