1. Used to increase the fly ash activity in fly-ash cement. The powdered instant silicate can be used for quick drying agent or reinforcing agents in ordinary cement.
2. This agent is also used to coagulate drilling cuttings for silica-based drilling fluids.
3. It acts as a binder in unshaped refractory products such as castables, acid-resistant concrete, and kilngunning material. It’s a blend of paint industry, ceramic and paint industries.
4. It is the most important component of laundry powder.
